Channel Sales Account Manager (m/v/x)
ABOUT THE JOB
This position will be responsible for managing our portfolio of products with our external Sales channel.
The Channel Sales Account Manager manages a portfolio of agents and dealers who will work closely together to achieve profitable revenue growth.
RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS
- Retain, recruit and support new channel partners to ensure product, solutions and services sales growth and profitable revenue.
- As Channel Sales Account Manager you drive, implement and coordinate strategic initiatives with channel partners to (over)achieve the assigned quarterly targets and yearly sales quota.
- Manage sales pipeline and monthly forecasts for defined territory and product & solutions lines. Report directly to the Head of Sales Belux.
- Create and deliver sales enablement training and incentive programs for partners to close new sales and compete with the Kyocera product portfolio.
- Plan time and activities, maintain records in CRM, and perform required administrative tasks to ensure effective and efficient management of your channel network.
- Represent Kyocera at events, seminars and trade shows to increase and attract new business.
- Ability to commercially build or develop 3rd party strategic alliances and industry partnerships.
- Partner with product marketing to research, analyze and develop segmentation, targeting, and product positioning initiatives.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- 5 years or more proven working experience in a similar or related role is required – Business Development, Sales or Account Management.
- Proven track record in successfully identifying and implementing business opportunities.
- Strong influence skills with the ability to sell and motivate external partners to engage.
- Excellent knowledge about customer needs active in office and production printing markets.
- Highly dynamic and motivated professional with excellent presentation, communications and interpersonal skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be flexible and open to changing priorities
- Self-driven, decisive and able to work independently.
- Language skills/expectations (Dutch, French and English).
